AARTI SRINIVAS

Aarti has a big heart and a green thumb. To raise funds for the Preserving Students Health Foundation, which she founded during the pandemic to help underserved children, she planted and sold 250 tomato plants. Through her foundation, she’s planting a sensory garden at Western School of Technology and Environmental Science for students in the autism program where she is a mentor/teacher. Kind, patient, and smart, Aarti, a senior in her school’s Academy of Health Professions Magnet, is a leader in numerous clubs, including vice president of the National English Honor Society, and a member of the National Technical Honor Society. Devoted to growing healthy futures for others, she is very active with HOSA-Future Health Professionals, and currently its guest speaker coordinator. Recently she earned 10th place internationally in the Medical Spelling and Occupational Health and Safety Administration Healthcare competition.

“Aarti is a passionate and selfless young lady whose enthusiasm for helping others is contagious. I look forward to seeing the monumental things she will achieve in life.” —Jill Monahan, school counselor
