Anthony Polakoff

Anthony Polakoff has spent his entire professional life in and around residential real estate. When he obtained his residential real estate license in order to work directly with buyers and sellers, he quickly realized this is what he was meant to do. “I get to know my clients and I treat them like family,” he says. “Clients appreciate that I listen to them and understand what they want and need.” Polakoff is an agent with Monument Sotheby’s International Realty, which formed in 2015 and now has seven offices, 190+ agents, and over $1 billion in sales in 2021. He notes that there has been tremendous change in residential real estate since 2020—it’s never been more important to be his client’s trusted advisor.
