Our menu brings you the experience of tasty and dynamic variations on American classics, compliments of chef Saon Brice—winner of the 2020 Farm to Chef Competition in Maryland and former executive chef of Linwoods Restaurant and Copper Kitchen Catering—whose signature dishes include BLK bass and succulent fire-roasted marinated lamb chops.
BLK Swan features a robust mixology program highlighting locally inspired craft cocktails such as the Concrete Rose and the BLK Swan. Key to BLK Swan’s great vibe are its DJs, who spin the latest in EDM, Hip Hop, House and R&B to create an enjoyable dining experience.
