Chase, Chase and Hammerschlag is a five-attorney law firm, founded by Harry Chase and I. William Chase. The nearly 50-year-old firm specializes in personal injury, collections, tax sales, property, and estates and trusts, as well as domestic, bankruptcy, and criminal defense cases.

After earning her MBA from Johns Hopkins University, Elizabeth Greller has served as manager of the Collections Department for more than 30 years. Her dedication has provided consistent recovery for several major credit unions, dental offices, rental management companies, and country clubs throughout the area.

Another strong player is Grace Nelson, who brought us her health care knowledge last year, thriving as a litigation specialist, researching complex medical issues for trial, preparing pleadings and discovery documents, and negotiating detailed settlements with insurance carriers.

And a key member of our Tax Sale and Estates and Trusts Department is Chrissy Heagy, who handles complex issues for our clients and assures that attorneys’ files are kept in perfect order.
