Formed 52 years ago by the merger of The Doetzer-Trail Insurance Agency and the Richard Williams Insurance Agency, Consolidated Insurance has grown its capabilities over the years, providing a customer experience that focuses on education, innovation, and execution. One of the key players is risk advisor Eric Weldon, who holds a degree in financial economics from York College of PA and specializes in personal insurance, including home, auto, umbrella, and rental property coverage, as well as health insurance, benefits, and business insurance. A member of the Carroll County Realtors Association, Hanover Area Young Professionals, and Insight Connects, Weldon has also built relationships with many mortgage lenders. “My business has seen explosive growth,” he says. “With the real-estate market being so hot, I have been fortunate to work with so many first-time home buyers.”
