With 27 years of experience in real estate development, finance, and executive leadership in banking and affordable housing, Nicole Earle formed Dominion Real Estate, LLC, and Dominion Community Development Corporation. At Dominion, she combines her expertise in low-income housing tax credits, tax-exempt bonds, historic tax credits and new market tax credit projects. She is the only Baltimore-based minority female Low Income Housing Tax Credit housing developer. In 2024, she was voted as a Woman of Influence by I95 Business.
