Led by Zack Trabbold, Evolved Hospitality Group has become a culinary juggernaut here in Maryland. Trabbold, named “Best Chef” by both the Restaurant Association of Maryland and Baltimore magazine, has built a team that can do it all. Its two locations of The Local serve elevated comfort food that focuses on locally sourced ingredients from area farms, breweries, and distilleries. Not only do they have two of the best restaurants in town, they also have a full service catering company, Evolved Events. And there’s more to come. The team is ready to take on its next adventure: a high-end steakhouse and a new The Local location, both set to open later this year.
