Karen Falkler, CEO of Baltimore-based Falkler Wellness & Advisory is an award-winning executive coach and leadership visionary. Less than two years after starting her business, she was internationally recognized for her work and invited to speak at the Pontifical Academy of Sciences in Vatican City on wellness and leadership. She is the author of The Relationship Coach. In addition to running her small business, she is an adjunct professor for the graduate program at UMBC.
