Habitat for Humanity of the Chesapeake
Habitat for Humanity of the Chesapeake believes that everyone deserves a decent and affordable place to call home. Since our founding in 1982, Habitat Chesapeake has built/renovated more than 780 homes in the metro area, offering safety and stability to more than 2,750 children and family members while bringing much-needed investment to underserved communities.
We welcome volunteers to help build homes, train those facing employment barriers in the construction trades, and guide families through homeowner education classes to bring about an empowered and confident homebuyer.
