Homeless Persons Representation Project

The Homeless Persons Representation Project’s (HPRP) mission is to end homelessness in Maryland by providing free legal services to low-income individuals. HPRP works to increase employment and housing opportunities by preventing unlawful evictions, helping people obtain public benefits like food and cash assistance, veterans’ benefits, expungements of criminal records, helping unhoused youth, and so much more.
