Londonderry on the Tred Avon

Londonderry is an independent-living cooperative community for adults 62-plus located on the banks of the Tred Avon River in historic Easton, Maryland. Rachel Smith, Director of Sales and Marketing, and Irma Toce, CEO, have been a part of the Londonderry team for over eight years. Both have many years of experience in  senior housing. Toce has been a standout leader in the senior housing field for over 37 years; Smith has extensive experience working in senior housing sales and marketing. Along with the other members of the Londonderry team, Smith and Toce believe retirement should be about enjoyment and ease. The entire Londonderry team is dedicated to providing residents with fewer day-to-day commitments of homeownership and meal preparation and more time with family and neighbors. Most residents experience a significant improvement in their overall wellness and quality of life after moving to Londonderry.
