Madison Mason Home Group’s revenue has doubled each year since the founding of this boutique real estate business five years ago by Realtor India Whitlock, who has always put superior customer service first. “I love to mentor new agents,” says Whitlock, who holds a marketing and finance degree from Notre Dame of MD University, has a background in the mortgage industry, and in 2019 obtained her builder’s license, completing her first build last June. “If I can offer nuggets of information to help them be successful, I am willing to do so.” She’s also been recognized with several awards, including a Keller Williams Regional Cultural Icon Award and The Daily Record’s Leading Women Award.
