NCIA
NCIA provides vital support for people with the deepest level of need: the homeless, underserved, and returning citizens, veterans, and those with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD), mental health, and substance use disorders.
NCIA promotes independence, stability, equity, and compassion through our mission: empowering people with limited access to build fulfilling lives and stronger communities through unconditional support.
Everyone deserves the chance to succeed. We welcome partners aligned with this vision.
Programs include:
Comprehensive Adult Services: Including mental health, case management, job training, employment, and housing support for adults with I/DD.
Vocational Training Centers (VTC): Offering industry-recognized certification in HVAC-R installation and service, automotive repair and maintenance, and Class B commercial driver’s license (CDL).
Youth in Transition (YIT): A nonpublic special education program for students ages 11-21 with autism, emotional and intellectual disabilities, and trauma. YIT provides academic and vocational instruction, clinical services, and behavior support.
