ONYX DEVELOPMENT

Rian Hargrave is the owner and founder of Onyx Development, a Baltimore-based real estate development company. Hargrave has a passion for returning the “charm” to Charm City by restoring blighted areas into thriving community assets. Onyx is currently renovating a block in Southwest Baltimore and is the co-developer for the Pikesville Armory. Additionally, Ms. Hargrave works with Mahogany Inc., owned by her father, Jeff Hargrave. Ms. Hargrave believes in maintaining her family’s legacy while creating her own.
