Park Heights Renaissance

Park Heights Renaissance, Inc. (PHR) is a community development organization that employs a holistic, place-based community development strategy focused on stabilizing and strengthening housing, local businesses, community-minded developers, schools, residents, and community health organizations. The nonprofit organization’s motto, “Bold New Heights,” represents a vision of achieving ever-advancing developments that will benefit the Park Heights community now and for generations to come.

PHR operates under the guiding principle that infrastructure extends beyond brick-and-mortar and believes in valuing collaboration over competition. PHR’s mission is accomplished by generating economic opportunities that increase development investment in Park Heights. Through its work, PHR addresses barriers to affordable housing and homeownership by supporting an increased number of quality, affordable rental homes/units. It works to enhance community engagement and capacity to foster a clean, safe, and healthy community, and strengthens operational effectiveness to ensure efficient and innovative programming, partnerships, and services that support the Park Heights community. PHR is building a better Park Heights for today and tomorrow by living out its values of integrity, accountability, leadership, service, innovation, adaptability, respect, and sustainability.
