Danicia Berte, a mental health professional with degrees in psychology and social work, began Sunlight Home Health in 2019, when she noticed the psychological decline in the aging community and the lack of empathy it received from medical care professionals. “I decided to make a difference in providing personalized care to clients in the comfort of their home,” she says.

Today, the firm offers home care services for all ages across Maryland as well as in-home post-operative care.
