Julie Singer and Marni Sacks have backgrounds in psychology and prelaw and business/marketing respectively, skills that set them up well to launch their full-service real estate team. Since forming The Group with their other partners, one of their main focuses has been to help mentor and grow their team. They are consistently the #1 team at Northrop Realty, and both Singer and Sacks rank in the top 100 agents in the DMV and top 1 percent in the country.
