There are only 16 days till spring, which means jort, margarita, and festival season are all right around the corner.
On the heels of the Firefly Music Festival’s lineup announcement comes Maryland’s very own, with the Sweetlife Festival returning to Merriweather Post Pavilion for its sixth year on May 30 and 31, which is run by the D.C.-based health-food company Sweetgreen.
For the first time ever, the outdoor festival is taking place over the course of two days, instead of one, which makes sense for its bevy of badass talent. The roster of more than 25 acts includes everything from bigwig headliners like Kendrick Lamar and Calvin Harris, to pop and R&B chart-toppers like Charli XCX and The Weeknd, to rock royalty like Billy Idol and the Pixies, to hip newbies like Raury and The Bots, and even Baltimore band Sun Club.
Plus, there will be dozens of food and drink vendors from throughout the region. With all this stupid snow, the end of May feels like forever away, but for now, you can warm up with our Spotify playlist of the lineup’s very best. Ticket presale starts tomorrow, March 5, at 10 a.m.
