Just in time for summer, The Charmery is kicking off a new guest-chef series, “Sundaes on Mondays,” with Charm City A-listers (Timothy Dyson of Bluegrass Tavern , Opie Crooks of Shoe-Fly Diner, and Bernard Dehaene of Corner BYOB) stopping by the Hampden creamery to concoct creative sundaes for charity.
Chef Chad Gauss of The Food Market gets the party started with a Heath Bar bread pudding–inspired ice cream on May 26 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Proceeds for this event will help support The Hampden Family Center, and future proceeds will go to the charity of the chef’s choice.
