Ten Ten American Bistro is partnering with Philadelphia’s own Yards Brewing Company for a night of feasting and drinking tonight.
Ten Ten’s general manager Elizabeth Tackett is a huge fan of Yards’s British-inspired ales, so she talked to her next-door neighbor, Jason Hulse, who is a sales representative for the Yards Brewing Company, about partnering up for the night and he loved the idea.
The dinner menu pairs Ten Ten’s delicious dishes crafted from local ingredients with Yards’s crisp, but subtle ales.
The menu includes items like baked Chesapeake Bay oyster paired with Yards Love Stout, marinated Creekstone skirt steak paired with Yards Thomas Jefferson Tavern Ale, and Cunningham Farms’s pork belly with Yards India Pale Ale, among other options.
The dinner will go from 6:30-9:30 p.m. and tickets can be purchased online for $45 plus tax and gratuity.
If you can’t make it tonight, Yards will also be holding a beer pairing dinner at The Nickel Taphouse in Mt. Washington on August 3 at 6 p.m.
