Based out of Torrance, CA, the Girl Skateboard Company was started back in 1993 by Mike Carroll, Megan Baltimore, Rick Howard, and Spike Jonze. (Yes, that Spike Jonze.) 

The company is known for its iconic AIGA female symbol on its decks and its many pro endorsements. Don’t be fooled by the name, though; believe it or not, these boards are for the guys, too.
