This Way Home by Wes Moore: Wes is one of the greatest thinkers and motivational speakers of our time. I loved his first book The Other Wes Moore and look forward to dissecting this latest one.
Dunkin’ Donuts coffee: This is a must eight days a week! I drink it daily (sometimes twice a day) and mail it to my hotels for business trips to brew in my room. Being from New York originally, the nice hot cup reminds me of home.
Gold cuff links: My dad gave them to me and they are good luck charms. I’ve worn them on my wedding day and my interview for my position here at the Maryland SPCA
Puma sneakers: What can I say? I’m old-school and need to bring back the ’80s and ’90s every now and then.
Green bow tie: My green double-sided bow tie is my go-to for both work and play. When it’s work, it’s the windowpane check side; when it’s play, it’s the green striped side.
Smartwatch: I feel like a secret agent when I wear it. I can make and take calls, check email, send text messages, and take photos.
Multi-color dress socks: Accents any outfit and makes shoes look that much better.
Black leather backpack: Small, stylish, and functional.
Wedding band: My wife would kill me if I didn’t wear it. It reminds me of all of the wonderful things in my life over my 23 years of marriage . . . love of my life, my wonderful daughters, and the family dog.
Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue: A must for any man, woman, and child because not smelling good is not an option.
