The reporter and host at Fox45 shares her favorite things.
By Lauren Bell | February 2019
BIBLE: My faith is very important to me. I can’t imagine my life without God. My favorite reading is Psalms 46:5 that says, “God is within her, she will not fail.”
PORTABLE SPEAKER: I love to dance and do it every single day. What’s life without music?
MADRAS CLOTH: My family and I immigrated to the United States from Dominica with nothing. The madras cloth is a symbol of my culture, my family, and my motivation to keep going.
MY JOURNAL: I’ve been keeping a journal since 2011. It’s nice to reflect on. I have come a long way but still have so far to go.
WALL QUOTE DECAL: “The joy is in the journey” is, hands down, my favorite quote. I even have it hanging on my wall to remind myself to truly live by this motto.
ECOCO STYLER GEL: I have naturally curly hair, and this product is a must-have.
BLACK LIQUID EYELINER: I’ve been rocking a cat-eye since high school.
WATER: I gotta keep that glow up. Health is wealth!
E.L.F. MAKEUP MIST & SET: I wear so many hats at FOX45 and am constantly on the go. This product keeps my makeup intact all day, plus it’s infused with extra goodies to keep my skin healthy.
OLIVES: I love olives! All types, flavors, and brands. I go through bottles of them a week.
